No contracts required – enjoy our pool services with flexibility and no long-term commitments! Includes: 1. Water Chemistry Testing & Balancing – Checking chlorine levels, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, phosphates, and salt levels. 2. Chemical Treatment – Includes chlorine tablets, granulated/liquid chlorine, muriatic acid, phosphate remover, algaecide, and shock treatment (As Needed). 3. Debris Removal – Skimming and clearing any debris from the pool. 4. Brushing – Cleaning pool walls, steps, pool benches, and tile lines. 5. Vacuuming – Performed as needed. 6. Basket Cleaning – Emptying all skimmer and pump baskets. 7. Pool & Equipment Inspection – Conducting a full check-up on pool components. 8. Filter Maintenance – Checking pressure and backwashing when necessary. 9. Customer Notification – Informing the customer of any broken equipment that needs repair or replacement. 10. Service Reports – Detailed logs sent to the customer after each visit, including pictures. 11. Service Record Keeping – Logging date, time, chemical readings, checklist, chemicals used, and additional notes. 12. Equipment Function Check – Running pool equipment and water features to ensure proper operation. 13. Security Check – Ensuring all gates, fences, and locks in the pool area are properly secured.
